You will have noticed there's no uninstall icon in the Start Menu, nor an entry in Add/Remove Programs.
So do this:

1. Right click on the MyWebServer icon near the clock, left-click Exit.
2. Say Yes or OK when it prompts you.
3. Navigate to the folder where you installed MyWebServer, this will be C:\Program Files\MyWebServer by default.
4. Delete the MyWebServer folder
